With over 30 years of teaching experience as a Professor in Computer Science & Engineering, he has mentored thousands of students and cultivated a culture of academic discipline and excellence that consistently produces university rank holders and medal recipients across Aurora institutions.

His academic foundation is marked by interdisciplinary strength and scholarly commitment. He holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Osmania University, M.A Astrology and Ph.D. in Astrology followed by a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad — reflecting both technical depth and intellectual rigor.

At the policy and governance level, Dr. Ramesh Babu commands exceptional respect across the education sector. His election as Chairman of the Federation of Association of Telangana Higher Institutions (FATHI) (2025–2030) represents a historic recognition of his leadership credibility. In this capacity, he represents the collective interests of more than 1500 higher education institutions across multiple professional sectors, actively engaging with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and academic stakeholders to shape progressive educational policies and reforms.

His earlier leadership roles — including Chairman of the Engineering Colleges Managements Association of Andhra Pradesh and Chairman of the Consortium of Engineering & Professional Colleges Associations — positioned him as a central figure in higher education coordination during critical phases of sectoral growth. He also served as an Executive Member of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, contributing to state-level academic governance.

Beyond his own institutions, Dr. Ramesh Babu’s influence has catalysed the broader expansion of the education ecosystem. He has guided Osmania University graduates in establishing 40+ educational institutions, generating large-scale employment opportunities, and facilitated investors in developing 100+ institutions across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh — contributions that have significantly strengthened the regional higher education infrastructure.

Equally profound is his lifelong commitment to social responsibility. Through philanthropic initiatives and the Aurora Foundation, he has enabled free education and comprehensive support for hundreds of underprivileged students every year, including orphans, economically disadvantaged families, university support staff, and children of public service personnel.
