Workshop on Master the Art of Talent Acquisition

On June 27th, 2024, the School of Commerce and Management organized a workshop for MBA freshman students on "Mastering the Art of Talent Acquisition," featuring our esteemed guest speaker, Mr. Arshad Hussain, CEO of Jobskey Consultancy. The session was brimming with invaluable insights, practical strategies, and a wealth of experience. The session also underscored the necessity of innovative sourcing methods, including leveraging technology and AI-driven tools. Mr. Hussain discussed the value of utilizing professional networks, social media, and industry events to identify potential candidates, thereby significantly expanding the talent pool. Embracing technology, he explained, can streamline the recruitment process, making it more efficient and effective. Overall, the workshop provided MBA students with a comprehensive understanding of modern talent acquisition strategies, preparing them to excel in their future careers.
