Industrial Visit to Masqaty Dairy Products Ltd.

Aurora deemed to be university, School of Commerce and Management organized an industrial visit to Masqaty Dairy Products Ltd. manufacturing unit, Turkayamjal, Hyderabad on February 16th 2024, to the freshman year MBA students as part of 鈥渓earning beyond the classroom鈥�. Over 90 students have attended along with faculty members. The visit was organized to enable the students to have an exposure to the process of manufacturing and allied functions of the real world. Through the Industrial Visit, the students got to understand and have a first-hand account about the Production Process covering concepts like the Product Line, Sequence and Capacity of Machines, Machine hours, Production planning, Plant layout, Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Control, Ware house management, Flow of materials from warehouse to the production process, Human Resource Management and Supply Chain Management at Masqaty Dairy Products Ltd. The interaction with Operations Manager, the Production Manager and the In charge for Quality Control has helped the students gain insights into the importance of the procedures adopted in manufacturing and the need for Quality Check and Control in Masqaty Dairy Products Ltd.
