NEWS UPDATE
Dr. Mithilesh Pandey, Assistant Professor, Strategy and Marketing, ICFAI Business School, delivered an insightful expert talk on the 鈥淐ase analysis鈥�. The session provided insights into the methodologies and approaches essential for successful case analysis. The students were given a story to study and analyse various components like the characters, their nature, the problems they were facing, the solutions the students could think of and how they would go about implementing it. Through the story, aspects like leadership, social justice, team work, strategic decision making, fairness, equity and ethical dilemmas were touched upon. The steps essential for effective case analysis were discussed enabling the students to get a comprehensive understanding of case study and analysis.
